Terry Farr

Terry is a highly accomplished real estate professional with extensive valuation expertise as an Appraiser for over 20 years, specializing in various commercial property types. He holds prestigious designations from The CCIM Institute, The Appraisal Institute, and the International Right of Way Association.

In addition to his professional practice, Terry is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Valuation at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, recognized as UNLV’s real estate expert. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Clark County Board of Equalization and a member of the Appraisal Advisory Review Committee for the State of Nevada Real Estate Division.

Terry is actively involved in several organizations: Southern Nevada Chapter of CCIM Board of Directors and Community Outreach Committee, Appraisal Institute (2025 Nevada Chapter President, University Relations Committee), and the Appraisal Institute Education and Relief Foundation (Board of Directors).
